Dear Reader,

At Frost & Sullivan we are proud to be approaching our 50th anniversary, and we have come a long way since our pioneering days providing reports, newsletters and training on emerging markets and technologies. Then about 10 years ago we began a major transformation, developing Frost & Sullivan into “the growth partnership company” it is today.

This transformation included a number of key strategic changes:

This provides a powerful value proposition as it maximizes the value-added impact on our clients’ ability to accelerate growth.

4. A Global Footprint to Support All Our Clients Geographic Expansion Interests. To remain competitive in local markets you must be strong in global markets. To achieve this we must develop and maintain a strong global presence to support all our clients’ research, consulting and coaching needs.

5. Our TEAM Research Methodology to Provide a Powerful Analytical Tool to Our Clients. Our proprietary research methodology integrates seven distinct research groups to provide an unmatched level of insight and analysis. By analyzing each opportunity or challenge with these seven research perspectives, we reduce the risk in decision making for our clients and significantly speed up their ability to move quickly in competitive marketplaces.

6. Helping Clients Address Their “Growth Environment”. Every CEO must understand and develop successful strategies to address their growth environment. The growth environment is made up of two intersecting environments: the internal environment which exists inside the organization, and the external environment or the market. We leverage the CEO 360 degree perspective model to gain a better understanding of the external market, and we use our career-based best practices research to help clients to understand their internal challenges and capabilities to generate, evaluate and implement their own growth strategies.
