Currently, we are looking for Part-Time Account Executives—Events Division, to work in a Virtual or Local Office,  who are going to be responsible for meeting or exceeding individual sales targets by developing new relationships from an established book of potential clients. Job Description:

We are seeking highly motivated, sales driven individuals who are focused on maximizing daily productivity.  We are currently expanding our sales force and are looking for many experienced professional sales representatives to help us grow our Events division.  You will be selling customized event packages to global 1000 and emerging mid-sized companies across the nation.  You will be expected to reach out to hundred of senior executives weekly.  Training and support will be ongoing and available in our Rockville Centre, New York office. A territory will be assigned and leads provided through our extensive database.  You will be contacting potential new clients, determining their needs through a Consultative Sales approach, demonstrating our unique offering, and closing the sale to generate Frost & Sullivan Growth Partnership Service revenues through new account development.  Opportunities to advance based on performance.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Make a high volume of out going sales calls to develop new business (minimum of 30 calls per day) 
  • Deliver a compelling value proposition to generate client interest 
  • Use Consultative Sales model to determine the clients' company growth objectives and their individual career challenges 
  • Participate in marketing campaigns as needed 
  • Enter all call data and new opportunities in Customer Relations Management (CRM) Database (SalesLogix) 
  • Manage daily call activity 
  • Generate reports as assigned by management 
  • Work as an integral part of the sales team 
  • Generate at least 4 new opportunity per day 

Responsibilities:

  • Personal ownership of at least $100,000+ in sales target with an extensive account base 
  • Successfully meet/exceed annual sales plan in support of organizational strategy 
  • Effectively communicate to prospects Frost & Sullivan's Growth Partnership Services Value proposition 
  • Ensure that Frost & Sullivan clients receive the highest level of customer service during the sales process 
  • Maintain accurate records and contact information in Customer Relations Management Database 
  • Participate in all training provided by the company (Corporate, War Room, Real Time Coaching) 

Required Qualifications:

  • 1 to 3 years of sales experience in a "hunter role" preferred 
  • Working on Bachelor's Degree 
  • A track record of working with a sales team and succeeding. 
  • Skilled at cold calling and prospecting to identify new business opportunities 
  • Entrepreneurial, results-driven personality
  • Good working understanding of a common sales cycle, with experience in discovery, prospect education, and closing tactics. 
  • Confidence and ability to interface professionally with a wide spectrum of customers 
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and partner effectively within and outside your immediate team to achieve desired business results 
  • Become knowledgeable about the competitive landscape and how to differentiate our Company "Attitude" to help the client succeed 
  • Strong business acumen, work ethic, and high integrity 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with an emphasis on active listening 
  • Excellent organizational and follow-through abilities 
  • Must have customer service skills 

Preferred Experience:

  • Have undergone formal sales training
