Qualifications:

• Experience in specific industry, management responsibilities preferred 
• Comprehensive knowledge of specific industry, and market research methodology 
• Comprehensive knowledge of business strategy and applications 
• Desire to mentor, interact with and enhance team member professional development 
• Superior project management skills including, monitoring goals, assessing progress, anticipating and overcoming challenges 
• Ability and desire to create a culture of high customer care and quality of work as well as the ability to bring this out in team members
